Case Presentation
ECHO provides access to interprofessional clinical expertise, offering practical tips to enhance patient care. Community members are invited to submit anonymous case presentations for discussion.
We encourage members to share:
• Do you have a challenging Long COVID case?
• Are you looking for new approaches to patient care?
• Do you need guidance on managing complex patients?
• Would you like input on coordinating care across specialties?
Case presentations can be submitted by completing the Case Presentation Form and emailing it to christine.chan@uhn.ca.
All cases must remain anonymous—please do not include any patient-identifying information.
Learning Objectives
The learning objectives for the program are:

Increase confidence in diagnosing Long COVID and develop management plans through knowledge mobilization;

Refine understanding amongst clinicians about patient presentations to provide safe and responsive care;

Share best practices, latest evidence and resources to manage Long COVID; and
-
Create a community of practice in Long COVID that strengthens clinical care to benefit the patient.
