MyGuide Long COVID

MyGuide Long COVID is an online tool created in collaboration with patient partners, Post-COVID-19 Interdisciplinary Clinical Care Network (PC-ICCN), Provincial Health Systems (PHS), and healthcare professionals. It offers tools and resources for individuals living with symptoms of Long COVID, as well as the caregivers who support them, including families, and healthcare professionals. All resources are available in English and French.
