Long COVID Web ECHO is part of the global Extension for Community Healthcare Outcomes (ECHO) network, an internationally recognized model of healthcare education operating in more than 35 countries.
Rather than focusing on one-way lectures, the ECHO model brings together specialists and community healthcare providers in a virtual setting to share knowledge, discuss real-world clinical challenges, and improve access to high-quality care. By connecting experts with healthcare professionals across regions, ECHO helps build local capacity and strengthens patient care within communities.

A part of the ECHO family, the Long COVID Web ECHO is an educational and mentoring program which meets regularly throughout the year, to increase the knowledge and confidence of clinicians to provide the best care possible for their patients

Throughout the year, participants join live virtual sessions that combine short educational presentations with interactive case-based discussions. Sessions are led by an interdisciplinary faculty and encourage active participation, allowing attendees to:

Community members are encouraged to contribute to discussions and may present anonymous clinical cases for collaborative review and learning.

Long COVID Web ECHO is a free virtual education that connects healthcare professionals with an interprofessional team of clinical experts from across Canada. Through regular online sessions, participants learn, share experiences, and discuss complex clinical issues related to caring for people living with Long COVID, also known as Post-COVID-19 Condition (PCC).
The program is designed to increase knowledge, build confidence, and support evidence-informed care by creating a collaborative learning environment where healthcare professionals can learn from one another and from experienced faculty.
